We enjoyed our experience here. We chose this place based on the reviews from the locals. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was good! We enjoyed trying the mexican coleslaw that was served with the salsa and chips. It was the first time we had ever heard of it or tried it. It was delicious!
Frida’s was a really good Mexican restaurant. Service was good. Margaritas were big. Restaurant felt super familiar but in a good way. Menu was vast and gave plenty of options while portions were good in food didn’t leave you feeling regretful after. Parking can be a little bit difficult but everything about the restaurant was great. Definitely recommend over some of the price here more touristy restaurants downtown.

It's always a gamble to find that perfect balance outside of Texas, but we thoroughly enjoyed our meals here. One standout was the flan; it was one of the best I've ever tasted! loved this place on our Durango visit. food was good but the service and attitudes were even better. hostess was friendly and engaging with the kids, drinks were spot on and the ambience was delicate and original. so nice to not eat at a dime a dozen Mexican restaurant. thanks for the good times!!
Amigos! This is the best Mexican food in town! It's hard to find a good Mexican restaurant that sets itself apart. The food was amazing all around, service was quick (& the place was packed full), and the decor in every corner is exciting. Definetely recommend the Toritos app ( bacon wrapped yellow chili's stuffed with shrimp). I got the Fritas Combo:chicken taco was juicy and shell was crunchy. Enchilada sauce was the best. Hubby got Chamucos Tampiquena. The steak was cooked perfect and juicy. Definetely would recommend!!

I got the Mole Enchiladas. Not an exaggeration when I say that this was the BEST mole sauce I have ever had. The tortillas were a little crispy which just enhanced the entire dish. Not your typical rice and beans either. So much tastier. The atmosphere inside was cozy and had an authentic vibe. We chose to sit outside in the little covered patio area. Nice vibe. Friendly staff and fast service. 100% recommend!!
